Membership Letter for Prospective Members of Singing Women of South Texas
Here is information you may need if you are thinking of joining Singing Women of South Texas. We ordered dresses (dress/jacket) 2 years ago. You will need to order yours by August 20, 2009. There is a separate letter giving you information about how to order your dress.
We don’t want money to prohibit anyone from joining SWOST, but we all have to consider it, so here is a rundown of projected cost at time of joining:
Membership dues $35

Nametag $10
Shirt $20 - $45 depending on size (can be purchased later)
Dress $107 - $128 depending on size - pay to PraiseHymn Fashions
If there is a problem with the money, please let me know and we can help you work it out. This will be kept confidential. We usually have help available.
We are delighted to have you join us. There is a separate Registration form with vital information.
Annual dues are $35 and are due at the retreat or at the September concert. You will need a black 3-ring binder for your music. You will receive music and a listening CD at the retreat. You will need black hose and black shoes. We wear matching pearl necklace and earrings; you may purchase those for $12.
We meet about once a month on a Saturday for rehearsal and concert. Occasionally we will have a Sunday evening concert.
